本案為德瑞普實驗室設計受邀打造的上海航源投資集團的自建辦公園區，其中包含行政辦公大樓（12層），面積總計12500㎡。另還有員工公寓、文化娛樂中心的設計和施工工作。設計師巧妙構思、合理布局打造出大堂、前廳、接待區、會議室、辦公區、多功能廳、管理層辦公室等功能性區域。

整個空間的構成簡潔大氣、高雅精致，大氣的背后是比例、尺度的精準以及點面進退關系的合理化，讓空間層次在順暢與和諧中，將設計師的意圖一步步推向受眾。

接待區的綠植墻和棕色真皮座椅色調上迸發出眼前一亮的驚喜感，讓空間節奏在不落窠臼的變化中更富有創意與美感。

The composition of the whole space is simple atmosphere, elegant and delicate, behind the atmosphere is the proportion, the precision of the scale and the rationalization of the back and forth relationship between the point and the surface, so that the level of space in a smooth and harmonious, the intention of the designer step by step to the audience.

The green walls and brown leather seats in the reception area burst out a sense of surprise, making the rhythm of the space more creative and aesthetic in the change of routine.
